Warrior Graveyard xNudge review

Warrior Graveyard xNudge is a sequel in spirit. Nolimit City sets it after the events of Barbarian Fury and fills a dark battlefield with armoured fighters, bones and tombstones. The mechanic is xNudge: tall wilds that slide until they are fully in view and grow stronger with each step. Our catalogue rates the game Low volatility, yet the cap is 9,797x, and the RTP breakdown shows where that potential sits.

Tombstones that nudge

The game uses a six-reel, three-row grid and pays on lines from the left. The pack does not give an exact line count. The signature symbol is the xNudge Tombstone Wild, a three-row wild that can land on reels two to five. It always nudges until the whole symbol is visible, and every step adds 1 to its multiplier. When several tombstones sit on the same winning line, their multipliers are added together.

The result is a multiplier that comes from movement rather than from a random label, which gives the wild a visible logic: the further it has to travel, the more it is worth.

Warrior Attack

Three or more of the same warrior symbol set off Warrior Attack. The warriors nudge to cover their reels, raising their multipliers as they go, and then the symbols shift left so the line payouts can be worked out together with any tombstones on the board. The rules give the feature a frequency of about one spin in 136.

Warrior Attack

Triggered by three or more matching warriors. The warriors nudge to fill their reels and gain a multiplier at each step, then move to the left so that line wins are calculated with the tombstone wilds present.

Tombstone Wild

A three-row wild on reels two to five that always nudges fully into view. Each step of the nudge raises its multiplier by 1, and multipliers of several tombstones on one line are summed.

Graveyard Spins and Death Spins

Three, four or five scatters award 8, 10 or 12 Graveyard Spins. In this round the tombstone multiplier has no upper limit, rises with every nudge step and stays on the board for the entire feature. Six scatters unlock 14 Death Spins instead, where tombstones also stick, and the rules mention one extra spin for each additional scatter. Both rounds end when the spins run out or the maximum win is reached.

The rules give the odds of entering free spins as about one in 205 spins. The same figures show how the return is split, and the split is lopsided. Of the 96.16% RTP, 35.77 points come from the main game, 29.76 from Warrior Attack, 29.68 from Graveyard Spins and only 0.94 from Death Spins. Death Spins are therefore a rarity that adds little to the average, while the rest of the return is spread fairly evenly.

RTP, bonus buy and costs

The headline RTP is 96.16%, a house edge of 3.84%, with a lower 94.24% listed in the official rules as another version an operator may run. At the headline figure, $38.40 is lost per $1,000 wagered on average. Over 100 spins, $0.20 bets cost about $0.77, $1 bets about $3.84 and $5 bets (a total of $500 wagered) about $19.20. Hit frequency is 25.07%, and a win of 100x arrives about once in 832 spins.

The cap is 9,797x the bet: $1,959.40 at $0.20, $9,797 at $1 and $48,985 at $5. Nolimit Bonus Buy lets you buy either Graveyard Spins or Death Spins, but the price is not printed in the pack, so we cannot quote it. Our data lists no official free demo.

Low-volatility company

Gaelic Gold lists 96.15%, Low volatility and 9,837x. Golden Genie And The Walking Wilds has 96.03%, Low and 9,583x. Poison Eve shows 96.08%, Low and 6,091x, Coins of Fortune 96.48%, Low and 6,015x, and Fruits 96.23%, Low and 2,910x. Barbarian Fury, the game this one follows, lists 96.06%, Medium and 8,785x.

Pros

  • Tombstone multipliers grow with each nudge step and add up on a line
  • Graveyard Spins keep the multiplier for the entire round
  • Low volatility label with a 9,797x cap
  • Hit frequency of 25.07%

Cons

  • Bonus buy price is not given, and no official free demo is listed
  • Death Spins contribute under one point of the RTP, so they are a rare reward
  • The official rules also mention a lower 94.24% RTP

Verdict

Warrior Graveyard xNudge is a Low volatility slot with a high ceiling, 9,797x, built on nudging wilds whose multipliers grow with every step. RTP is 96.16%, the house edge is 3.84% and a quarter of spins return something. Most of its return comes from the base game, Warrior Attack and Graveyard Spins. It suits players who want a defined feature set. Treat it as paid entertainment and set a budget before you start.
