MONOPOLY Rent Rush review
Rent Rush is Red Tiger's 2026 take on the Hasbro board game, and it is built around property rather than around a standard bonus round. Houses collect on the first four reels, a tall Mr. Monopoly symbol sits on the last one, and the two together pay rent prizes taken from a card above each reel. It is a 5x4 slot with a Very high volatility label and a catalogue max win of 17,497x the bet.
The property-card mechanic
Each of the first four reels has a property card above it. House symbols can land on reels one to four. Mr. Monopoly is a 1x4 super symbol, which means he fills the whole height of the last reel, and he lands only there.
Rent is paid when houses land in the same spin as Mr. Monopoly. Each reel that holds houses pays the prize printed on its card, and the prize grows with the number of houses on that reel. The prizes are cash amounts shown as multiples of the stake.
Rent prizes
Reel one is Trafalgar Square and pays 2x, 4x, 6x or 8x for one to four houses. Reel two, Piccadilly, runs from 3x to 10x. Reel three, Bond Street, runs from 4x to 15x. Reel four, Mayfair, pays 5x for one house and 25x for four. The later reels carry more value per house.
Nudge and top hat
If houses land but Mr. Monopoly does not, the last reel may nudge at random to reveal him. When he does appear, he may throw his top hat and place one or more extra houses on random positions, which can raise the rent on the cards.
Wild
Wilds replace all paying symbols. They count as whichever symbol makes the longest winning combination on a single line, on the lines of the game.
Bonus mode and feature buy
The studio's game card lists a bonus mode and a feature buy-in as available. The text we hold is cut off before it describes what the bonus mode does, so we do not outline its rules here. Check the in-game help for the details before using the buy option.
Numbers, limits and release
The only listed RTP is 96.07%, a house edge of 3.93%. Over a long run that means about $39.30 lost per $1,000 wagered. A hundred spins at $0.20 cost $0.79 on average, at $1 they cost $3.93, and at $5 (a total of $500) they cost $19.65.
The catalogue gives a hit frequency of 32.19%, so roughly one spin in three returns something. Volatility is Very high, and the max win is 17,497x. At a $0.20 bet that is $3,499.40, at $1 it is $17,497, and at $5 it is $87,485. The studio lists bets from 0.10 to 20.00 euros and up to 25 lines. Early access began on 19 February 2026, with the full release on 26 February 2026.
Where it sits among similar slots
A regular hit rate and a Very high rating pull in different directions: small returns come often, while the biggest prizes depend on the rent system lining up. Close in RTP and volatility are Hit The Jungle at 96.08%, Loki's Descendants at 96.1% and Dragon Boyz at 96.11%, each with a 20,000x max win. Aztec Tribute lists 96.14% with the same top prize.
Rent Rush has no free demo listed at this time, so those comparisons are on paper only.

Verdict
MONOPOLY Rent Rush turns the board game into a house-and-rent system that is easy to read from the cards above the reels. With 96.07% RTP, Very high volatility and a 17,497x max win, it pairs a frequent hit rate with a long-tail top prize. Remember the 3.93% house edge: a $1 stake over 100 spins costs $3.93 on average, so budget the session before you start.
