Power of Thor Megaways asks the player to spell a god's name. Four scatters have to form the word THOR on the screen to open the free spins, and a hammer on the top row can turn the symbols below it into wilds. The reel layout
Reel heights change from spin to spin. Reels 1 and 6 can show up to 7 symbols, while reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 can show up to 6 symbols and have an extra symbol on a separate top row. That top row runs on its own and spins from right to left. When every reel is at its largest, the game offers 117,649 ways to win. Wins are counted from left to right on adjacent reels.
After a spin, winning symbols are paid and removed, the rest fall to the bottom and new symbols fill the gaps. The process repeats until nothing more wins, and all the money is added to the balance when the sequence finishes.
Hammer and wild
The hammer lands horizontally on the top row and turns the symbols beneath it into wilds. The ordinary wild symbol appears on reels 2 to 5 in the top row and substitutes for everything except the scatter and the hammer. Between them, these two pieces give the base game its main way to build a win.
Spelling THOR
Scatters can land at any size the reel allows. Four or more anywhere on the screen, forming the word THOR, start the free spins. Four scatters give 10 free spins, five give 14 and six give 18. Each extra scatter beyond the four letters adds a +4 tile, so the spin count rises by four for each one.
