Book of Golden Sands review

Six reels and 729 ways
The grid is six reels by three rows. Wins are ways wins, paid for matching symbols on adjacent reels from the left, and the full count is 729. There are no tumbles, respins or expanding reels in the base game, so a normal spin is evaluated once. Everything unusual happens in the free spins.
The wild appears on reels two to six. Whenever one lands it carries a random multiplier of 2x or 3x, which applies to every winning combination it takes part in. The book symbol acts as both a wild and a scatter, according to the studio.
The free spins round
Three or more scatters anywhere on the screen start the round with ten free spins. Before the first spin, the game picks one of the paying symbols at random as the special expanding symbol.
After regular symbols are paid, the special symbol expands vertically to fill every position on its reel. On top of each reel where this happened, one extra instance of the symbol is collected.
