Piggy Blitz review
Piggy Blitz is about filling a piggy bank. A gang of pigs gathers gold coins and drops them into the bank, and Play'n GO's 2023 design turns that into a coin-collection game with three fixed jackpots and a free-spins round called Blitz Spinz. The scatter count matters a lot here: three scatters open 5 free spins, six open 50 plus a major prize. Volatility is rated Medium.
Symbols and coin collection
Ordinary wins need three or more matching symbols. The studio lists Pig, Dice, Letter, Diamond Chip and Coin symbols among them. Alongside these, gold coins can land on the reels at any time carrying different values, the highest being 25x the original bet.
Collection is the core idea. Cash Collection symbols gather coin values, a Bonus Cash Collection symbol helps collect more of them, and three fixed jackpots sit above the reels as prizes that can be reached during play. The page does not give the jackpot amounts or explain exactly what lands them.
Gold Coins
Coins with varying values can appear on any spin, in the base game or the bonus. The studio caps a single coin at 25x the bet. Their value is paid when collected, which is the job of the Cash Collection symbols.
Cash Collection symbols
These gather the values of gold coins on the reels. A Bonus Cash Collection variant also appears and, according to the studio, helps collect more coins.
Blitz Spinz
Scatters open the free spins, and the count makes a large difference. Three award 5 Blitz Spinz, four award 10, five award 25 and six award 50 together with a major prize. Going from three scatters to six multiplies the round length tenfold.
Inside Blitz Spinz, the studio says only special winning spins and Cash Collection symbols can be collected, so the round is built around coin values rather than ordinary line wins. Play'n GO presents this as the place where the higher-value rewards come from.
Return across five settings
Piggy Blitz exists in five RTP versions: 96.25%, 94.25%, 91.25%, 87.25% and 84.25%. The edges are neat steps of 3.75%, 5.75%, 8.75%, 12.75% and 15.75%. Expected cost per $1,000 staked across a very long run is $37.50, $57.50, $87.50, $127.50 and $157.50 respectively.
For 100 spins at $0.20, the average cost is $0.75 on the best version and $3.15 on the worst. At $1 those become $3.75 and $15.75, and at $5, where $500 is staked, $18.75 and $78.75. The version in play is shown in the game's information screen.
No overall max win or hit frequency is published.
Disco Gold and Medium alternatives
Piggy Blitz Disco Gold, released in 2024, lists 96.29% and a High rating, so it is the spikier follow-up. Among Medium-volatility relatives by numbers, Highway Legends and Hard Rock Pork n Roll both match 96.25%, while Legion Gold lists 96.23% and Invading Vegas 96.2%.
Who it suits
Medium volatility and frequent coin activity suit players who prefer a steadier ride with something to collect on most spins. The big difference between a 5-spin and a 50-spin bonus still adds variety. A free official demo is available to see how coins and collectors interact.
