Strawberries, lemons and lucky sevens fill a square 5x5 board in Juicy Fruits, a 2021 Pragmatic Play title with 50 paylines. The classic fruit look hides one modern idea: a wild that can arrive as a single cell or a block as large as the whole screen. In the free spins that wild starts small, wanders around and grows each time enough scatters are collected.
Free spins first, because that is the point
Three or more scatters start the bonus with 6 free spins. From the opening spin a 1x1 wild sits on the board and jumps to a random position before every free spin, so it is always somewhere in play.
The round is progressive. Every scatter that lands is kept in a count until the feature ends, and each third scatter collected does two things: it adds a random 1 to 3 extra spins and it enlarges the roaming wild, first to 2x2, then 3x3, 4x4 and finally 5x5. A 5x5 wild covers the entire board. After the fourth retrigger the round can no longer be extended.
The rules also mention a head start when the feature is triggered with five scatters, but the text in our source is cut off at that point, so we do not describe it further.
Roaming wild
Present on every free spin from the start of the round, beginning as a single cell and moving to a new random spot each spin. Its size steps up with each retrigger until it reaches 5x5, which is where the round's largest results would come from.
Scatter collection
Scatters landing during the bonus are tallied. Every third one retriggers the feature with 1 to 3 more spins and grows the wild by one size. Four retriggers is the limit.
The base game board
Line wins pay from left to right on 50 paylines. The wild replaces every symbol except the scatter and can appear on any reel. In the base game it may land as a 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 or 5x5 block, which gives ordinary spins an occasional jolt: a big wild block can complete many of the 50 lines at once.
Scatters also appear on all reels. Beyond triggering the bonus, they show up in the paytable, though the rules text we hold does not make the exact values clear enough to quote.
The ante bet option
Juicy Fruits lets you pick the bet multiplier. At 25x the game plays normally. At 30x more scatters are placed on the reels and the chance of triggering free spins naturally doubles.
