NetEnt released Fruit Shop Megaways in January 2021 as the six-reel Megaways follow-up to its 2011 Fruit Shop. The theme is the classic fruit machine, but the bonus logic is unusual: free spins do not come from scatters. They come from ordinary wins on fruit symbols, and the round then keeps growing through further wins. That puts the main game and the bonus much closer together than in most Megaways slots.
Six reels and up to 117,649 ways
The grid has six reels, and each reel shows between two and seven symbols on a spin. Multiplying the symbol counts gives the number of ways, up to a maximum of 117,649. The studio notes a minimum of 64 lines, which is the smallest number of ways the grid can offer.
