Inca Queen review

Inca Queen follows a Peruvian ruler on a hunt for lost treasure. The 5x3 grid is mostly about money: coin symbols with values up to 250x, fiery frames that mark positions, and a wild queen who can expand. Instead of the usual free spins, the bonus is a respin game called Money Respins, and the base game can feed into it in three different ways.

Coins, frames and the wild queen

The reels combine jungle-themed symbols with two special kinds of landing: money symbols and frames. Money symbols carry cash values up to 250x. Frames sit on a position and do nothing on their own, but they matter once the respin features begin. The wild Inca Queen can expand when she lands.

Three ways into the bonus

Each time a coin money symbol or a frame lands in the base game, it can randomly set off a respin feature. A coin can trigger Coin Respins, a frame can trigger Frame Respins, and the two together can trigger a combined Coin and Frame Respin. Each of these continues until six coins, six frames or six of both have landed. Reaching that count hands over to the Money Respins bonus.

There is also a direct route. Landing six or more money symbols, or six or more frames, in the base game starts Money Respins straight away.

Coin and Frame Respins

Random base-game triggers that run until six coins, six frames, or six of both have landed, depending on which version fired. Completing the count starts Money Respins. If the combined version was the trigger, a multiplier of up to 10x applies to all money symbols at the end of the bonus.

Money Respins

The bonus starts with three respins, and only coin money symbols or frames can land. Any that land lock in place and put the counter back to three. When a money symbol and a frame share a position, it becomes active; six or more active positions retrigger the feature. At the end the money symbols are added together, with an extra reward if every grid position is filled.

What the numbers say

Inca Queen has one recorded RTP, 96.55%, which means a house edge of 3.45%. On average, $1,000 wagered costs about $34.50. A 100-spin run at $0.20 costs $0.69 on average, at $1 it costs $3.45 and at $5 ($500 wagered) it costs $17.25.

Volatility and max win are both listed as not published in our catalogue. The 250x and 10x figures describe single money symbols and the combined multiplier, not the largest possible payout, and should not be read as a cap or a target.

Comparison with 2026 releases

Hell Butcher, also from Pragmatic Play and also released in 2026, has the same 96.55% RTP. Death Dominion, Dragon Tiger Fortunes and Gates of Olympus POP list 96.54%, Zeus vs Hades - Gods of War 250 lists 96.56% and Big Bass Vegas 1000 lists 96.53%. The spread is so small that the mechanics are what set them apart.

Pros

  • Money symbols carry values up to 250x
  • Money Respins can be reached randomly in the base game or by landing six money symbols or frames
  • Locked symbols reset the respin counter to three, which keeps a round alive
  • Free official demo available

Cons

  • Volatility and max win are not published, so the swings are hard to gauge
  • Three overlapping respin triggers take a few rounds to understand

Verdict

Inca Queen replaces classic free spins with a layered respin system built on coins and frames. The 96.55% RTP and 3.45% house edge are in line with other recent Pragmatic Play titles, and nothing here is a reason to stake more than planned. Since the studio gives no volatility rating, it makes sense to open the free demo and watch a few Money Respins rounds first.
