Dragon’s Crash review
The opponent in this BGaming crash game is a red dragon that sleeps while coins drop beside it. Each falling coin lifts the win multiplier, and the round ends the moment the dragon wakes and breathes fire. You decide when to take the money, but the studio says the waking happens at random. The game came out in 2024 with a 97% RTP and a High volatility label in our catalogue.
How a round plays out
Before the round, you place one or two bets. Once it starts, coins fall from the top of the screen and the multiplier climbs. You can cash out at any point. If you do it before the dragon wakes, the bet is paid at the multiplier shown. If the dragon wakes first and breathes fire, the round is over and the bet is lost.
The studio says the dragon wakes at random. That means the multiplier on screen tells you what a cash-out would pay right now, not how close the round is to ending. Each round is independent of the last one.
Options around the bet
The settings are small, and all of them are about how bets are placed rather than about changing the odds.
Multiple bets
A player can place two bets in the same round, which the studio lists as its own feature. The studio does not say how the two bets are cashed out, so check that in the demo. Two bets also mean twice the amount at stake in one round.
Auto Cash-out
In the game settings you can enter the exact multiplier at which the game should cash out for you. This removes the need to react by hand when that figure is reached.
Autoplay
Autoplay asks for a bet and a number of automatic runs and then plays them without further input. Combined with Auto Cash-out it turns the game into a sequence of quick, hands-off rounds.
Watching other players
The screen shows how many bets were made in the round and a table listing every player's wins and losses. The studio presents this as a community touch. It is information about other people's rounds, so it says nothing about what the dragon will do in yours.
The maths and the budget
Dragon's Crash has one RTP on record, 97%, so the house edge is 3%. That is about $30 lost per $1,000 wagered over a long run. For short sessions, 100 rounds at $0.20 cost $0.60 on average, 100 rounds at $1 cost $3 and 100 rounds at $5, or $500 wagered, cost $15.
Our catalogue labels the volatility High and publishes no max win. BGaming's page states a maximum payout of up to 10,000x the bet, which we pass on as the studio's claim. A High label means results are spread widely, with long stretches of small returns possible. Two bets in a round and automatic runs can use a budget up quickly, so setting a limit before starting is sensible.
No cash-out habit, preferred multiplier or pattern in the on-screen table changes the long-run return.
Pros
- 97% RTP, a 3% house edge, about $30 per $1,000 wagered
- Simple round: bet, watch the coins fall, cash out before the dragon wakes
- Two bets per round, Auto Cash-out and Autoplay
- Free official demo available
Cons
- High volatility label: results can swing widely
- No max win in our catalogue; the 10,000x figure comes from the studio
- The round can end at any moment, because the dragon wakes at random
Verdict
Dragon's Crash is a plain crash game dressed in a single theme: coins raise the multiplier, a sleeping dragon ends the round when it wakes, and cashing out is the only choice that matters. The 97% RTP means a 3% house edge, and the High volatility label signals big swings. The studio mentions 10,000x as the top payout. It is entertainment with a cost, best tried in the free demo first.
